To insure is to understand. We have understood and the interest of the customer has priority for us. This is the reason why we have an ambassador who acts on behalf of our customers at ERGO. He is the voice of the customer within the company.

What is legitimate and what isn't? Questions that are quite often answered differently by our customers than by us. The feeling of being treated unfair is one of the most frequent reasons why people are not satisfied with their insurance. We want to help them.
